1. About HM Technologies
HM Technologies provides GPS tracking devices, AIS-140 GPS solutions, VLTD GPS, mining GPS, dash cameras, fleet tracking platform access, FASTag support, fuel management support, insurance support, tyre management support and vehicle sales and purchase assistance.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or interfere with the website’s normal functioning.
3. Product and Service Information
We try to keep product details, specifications, images, descriptions and pricing accurate. However, product specifications, availability, features, certification wording, accessories, software options and pricing may change without prior notice.
Final product details should be confirmed with HM Technologies before placing an order.
4. Certification and Approval Wording
AIS-140, VLTD, RTO, mining GPS, government approval, state approval, ARAI, iCAT, ISO or any other certification-related wording must be used only where valid supporting documents are available.
Customers should verify product suitability and certification requirements before purchase, especially for state-specific RTO, VLTD or mining GPS use.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after quotation approval, payment confirmation and product availability confirmation.
HM Technologies may refuse, cancel or hold any order due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, incomplete documentation, payment failure, service location limitation or compliance concerns.
6. Installation and Service
Installation timelines depend on location, technician availability, vehicle availability, product availability and customer coordination.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, installation location and access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
7. Customer Responsibility for GPS Tracking
Customers are responsible for using GPS tracking devices, dash cameras and tracking software lawfully.
The customer must ensure that:
- The vehicle is owned, operated or legally authorized for tracking
- Drivers, staff or users are informed where required
- Tracking is not used for unlawful surveillance
- Devices are not tampered with or misused
- SIM, power supply and installation conditions are maintained properly
HM Technologies is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorized use of tracking devices by customers.
8. Software Platform Access
The HM GPS Tracking Platform may depend on internet connectivity, GPS signal, SIM network, device condition, server availability, map services and subscription status.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to network issues, maintenance, telecom problems, hosting issues, GPS signal limitations or third-party service disruptions.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party providers such as telecom networks, SIM providers, map services, cloud hosting providers, payment gateways, FASTag partners, insurance partners or logistics providers.
HM Technologies is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems beyond its control.
10. Warranty and Support
Warranty, replacement, repair and service support will be provided according to the applicable Warranty and Service Policy, product category, supplier terms and invoice conditions.
Physical damage, water damage, tampering, unauthorized repair, incorrect installation, power issues, SIM issues, vehicle wiring issues or misuse may not be covered under warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
HM Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including business loss, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, data loss, missed alerts, network failure, delayed installation, third-party service issues or unauthorized use of devices.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, design, images, graphics, product descriptions, branding and materials are the property of HM Technologies or its respective owners. They may not be copied, reused or modified without written permission.
13. External Links
The website may include links to third-party websites or services. HM Technologies is not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
